The problem I consistently have at this branch is the wait time. There is always a long line to see a teller, and they only have 2 or 3 tellers available during "rush" hours such as lunch and just before closing. Another problem is the ridiculous notion they need to make you wait a long time before "big" check will be released for your use. This does not work in my schedule where those "big" checks are needed immediately for emergency use.

Nine teller windows but never have more then two bank tellers ever. It really sucks im not much of a complainer but wells Fargo has more fees but always have more tellers i will go back to my 8 dollar fee bank time is money. Hate waiting 30 min min to get to teller at this point its every time

customer service is very poor, there are so many people waiting in line. I rarely have to go inside. However there have been a couple of times when i had to go inside. This is a concern that ive had at least different locations.

Golden 1 is the best the staff is wonderful they love to talk to you and make you feel welcome help you with anything quickly,I love it super simple to use no hassle bull crud from them,I will never change banks again!

Never have more than one person working window. Rude and severely poor at customer service. Worst branch ever. I only go here because I live across the street and I hate it. Management needs to get it together.

The lines ALWAYS take forever! 12 windows but never more than 3 tellers. Go to a different branch if you can, better yet go to a different bank!

No notary service in this large branch of Golden One. Had to drive miles out of my way to a tiny strip mall branch...they had 5 notaries.

been a member for over 15 years and never had a problem. the line is long sometimes at this branch, but that happens just about anywhere.

long wait in line because of few tellers while others sit there and talk. service is slow and if there was a closer on I would go to it.
