Customer service is atrocious. Recently had knee surgery and started bleeding for my knee but needed to pull money from shared services. Went to the drive-thru but tell her smirked at me so they had to walk inside I asked to make an exception took a picture of my knee showing it was bleeding and swollen told her I was in pain and asked if she make an exception. She smiled shook her head smirked and said no sir have a nice day. Drove to public service and had ZERO issues at the drive through. Thanks for nothing Colorado Credit Union!
