Drive thru takes way too long. They ask very intrusive questions on large deposits even if checks are from certified banks. They must have some gnomes that physically move your money from savings to checkings hence the fee and not to mention it took FIVE DAYS to hear back about an approval on a car loan that was 60% loan to value with decent credit. In that case I was the one having to contact them, I was never once called to let me know that I was approved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

this is a terrible bank! the people who work the window are rude, refuse to cash perfectly good checks and dont know what they are doing. The lines are long at the drive up 20 minute wait while she waited on one other car..just me and that other car. Im changing banks! dont go here and especially dont go through the drive up window unless you have a lot of time to kill. If you do your almost sure to get the woman who fish lips everyone!

Just used shared credit union branching, they saved me an extra stop and a bit of a drive out of my way to deposit my paycheck. I use Tapco CU and both participate in shared credit union network.
