This company and employees are horrible! The customer service sucks. I called to get my account settled and they were all rude. The first person I spoke to name was Harley this guy. He was so rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me like I had stole something from him. The way he handled my suitation like he did not want to be bothered. And when I stated that I wanted to dispute the account he became very defensive. I asked to speak to a manager because I didnt like how he was talking to me and of course he responded that he was the manager. So I waited on hold for another person and just recieved a voicemail. Then I had to call back and spoke to a lady. I didnt catch her name. But i had to explain my whole suitation to her as well. She became defensives as well. She eventually hung up on me after I asked for the email address to send a document too. She did not want to give me the email address. So then I called back again and recieved a another person name Elizabeth. She was a little more courteous.I asked her why the other lady hung up on me and she didnt know why. So i asked if she thought that it was ok for her to do that and she said no and then stated that she probably did it cause I made her mad. Overall no customer should be treated like this. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

And the most ludicrous part of this whole nonpayment, I have NEVER received a bill for this so called Water Bill or seen proof of this so called CHARGE and now you show up on my credit report for $170 for a bill back in 2010. i was evicted and gone. The last SJWW bill of 94.19 was pd in 2010 Feb. I was in Humboldt from Feb to June of 2010. According to the credit report...YOUR OWN WORDS reported Feb 8th 2011.. A whole year later...someone truly asleep at the desk. According to your reporting date.. i was in Maui a full 8 months...
