Have been cashing personal checks there that were written by one of their members for a few months now. Never any check cashing fee. Went today to cash another check from the same person and suddenly there is a $4 check cashing fee. The check was only for the amount of $140 and the teller was rude

Very rude. Tried to open a new account and no one would help me due to not being a member. Uh....dont you open an account to become a member?? They dont seem to care and the manager Michelle is extremely rude!!

This is supposed to be a major credit union, but will not do certain things most shared branching does. Wasted my time calling to confirm that they can do cashiers check to show up and be told they do not.

If you need a Cu service center do not bother with Bellco. You cannot use the drive up or talk to a bank representative. You may use their indoor ATM, how sad.
