Hands down the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with--they are anything but "in touch" with their clients--people are cows to them--just a number--just a cipher. No relationship banking of any kind, not the most remote care in the world for the customer, their wealth and income, their business, or their dignity.

Will not offer services to shared branch networks though they supposed to. Had to travel to a different shared branch further away for the same service, which was readily offered. The employees at this location are unhelpful and borderline rude. Why get a job in customer service if you seem to loathe helping people???

I have repeatedly used In Touch locations in both Allen and McKinney, and my service has been excellent every time. It is very convenient for using the "shared credit union network".

Accounts have been closed for 3 months or more, yet your auto bill pay still tries to pay from closed accounts. Please have someone call me who can explain that please
