We have never had but great service, been a member sence 2006, have had now two auto loans, two business accounts and our personal banking and savings account with the oak Grove branch, we have also done transactions with wilsonville, Oregon city and Happy valley branches with no issues at all. Two names that stick out that I feel really cared about us as customers were Jeanne Beadle and Mike in the loan department, Jeanne took the extra time and went the extra mile to help us and get us taken care of, Thank you both for great customer service.

This branch at least has personally insulting staff that do not make members want to stay members. My treatment, judgement, and deprecating interactions were inexcusable. The tellers obviously have no patience for anyone and will treat their customers like children. Not recommended to interact with the tellers.

This is the worst location, they take 15 minutes to help customers, it never fails, if you have the time to chat and vent about your own personal problems go here, they will listen and listen some more regardless of the line measuring to the door, free therapy for all at this location,

After experiencing the most ridiculously poor service and treatment at Chase, I decided to check out Onpoint on reference from my Daughter. Boy am I glad I did! These people are so friendly and helpful, I regret not checking them out sooner.

Horrible lines. Tellers are painfully slow. Every time they try to push credit cards and loans even if you tell them no every time. Watching the tellers fumble around is painfull and often put money into and take money out of wrong accounts.

The ATMs work well, but have encountered human competence issues in the last couple of years since joining this alleged CU. Also, the website is sometimes inaccessible. In all, not confidence inspiring.
