Rude banking associates. Does not give reason for system being down and when it will be back up. Told me to go elsewhere but did not give me any information if that branch may be affected by the system being down. All they said was you have to go and find out.

Bank of America home of the longest lines with one or two tellers to help guests trying to make a deposit and get on with their day while they have 8 personal bankers sitting doing nothing while waiting for some poor soul to open a bank account.

I came around noon during my lunch break, and they had four tellers working at the windows. There was quite a number of customers but everyone got helped pretty fast.
