On January 26 I needed auto roadside assistance during rush hour. I did not have my AAA Card so I called the Riverside office for assistance. They located my membership number and forwarded the call to roadside assistance. The AAA roadside assistance operator collected some information and told me that she would call me back. After 5 min the AAA operator called me back and informed me that the Tow Truck would be there within 30 min. I received another call from the AAA operator after waiting about 10 min and she said that the original Tow Truck could not make it within the set time frame, therefore she would be sending another Tow Truck that will make the initial time set. Within 30 min my care was towed and I was on my way. I received another call from AAA in which they wanted me to give them an evaluation of services received and of the Tow Truck driver. This is services at its finest, I am totally satisfied and will never give anyone but AAA my business for roadside assistance.

this guys make supper difficult dmv transactions I try to make my dmv transfer to a new car the aaa lady teller ask me for more papers than I really need it to finish the transfer ... I go head to the dmv after she says I need more signatures... take me less than 30 minutes to solved and they told the extra paper and signatures this lady ask me for really doest need it horrible service and wasted time in this office please if you have to pay your regular renews I think its ok but for transfers they are totally dummies....

Dawn Johnson booked our first trip to Cancun. She seemed to have issues, after complaining to her manager, she completed and booked our vacation. I thought I would give her a second chance and ask her book a vacation to Australia. She did not return my call and when she did answer her phone she asked, if I would wait till Monday. On Tuesday she said she was sorry and she could not book our trip. She said, she was overwhelmed. She said to go to the airline site and book our own flights. :)

no follow up every one in different direction they make a n appointment to send adjuster and the adjuster goes to different location instead of review the rental they sent their adjuster to the residential and after wasting my time they said its brush area we cant do the insurance and i have two houses in between me and the brush area and a double road to sided unsatisfied

A stand out employee is Donna whom I worked with today adding our new car to our policy, extremely polite, professional and patient! Huge Thanks Donna! AAA is the best and the Riverside Office the best location! ;)

Very bad experience in this office. They got both my auto and renters insurance wrong and I had to come back to the office a couple of times to fix them. Do NOT recommend this place to get your insurance. It seems that their employees are not properly trained to qualify their jobs.

Came in looking for insurance got it and was really surprised by how short the wait was. Also our sales associate (Jonathan) was excellent and spoke Spanish! Very impressed and have peace of mind knowing we have good insurance and 24/7 road side assistance!

Great value for the tow service. But I do have to mention a recent experience with the Call center for the Towing service. My father and myself had car trouble an it took 1hr and 45 mins for us to even talk to someone! Very bad customer service AAA

This is the main office offering all the many services of AAA. This time I used the travel agency services to reserve my hotel and purchase my plane tickets. They took the time to help me find the best fit for my needs.

Still waiting after 13 months for a settlement or offer on a homeowners policy claim. AAA seems to just keep dragging their feet. Actually it seems as though they may think I did it.

AAA is the best. Besides the great roadside service, being able to take care of most DMV stuff with a minimal wait in air conditioning is well worth the price of membership.
