Being from out of state, one always has the worry about getting the right price from a new mechanic. I tried AAA in Wayne because I am a AAA member, however I could not have been more astounded by the high level of quality and integrity that was provided. I knew I had a large amount of repairs on my car coming and was aware my bank account would not be happy. I went into AAA and Nick not only walked me through what was needed, but was very honest with me what was needed and what I could hold off on. The original quote was for $2000. Nick did the normal checking of bargain parts that any credible technician would do (nocking about $300 off of the total). He then walked through the overall health of my car and we found that a few recommendations from the mechanic were not essential at the time. All in all, we started at $2000 and were able to lower the cost to $1100. The best part.... I talked to my mechanic from back home (close family friend) and described what was done. He told me he would have been around $1200 for all that was done. If you are looking for a new mechanic or new to the area, I could not give any higher of a recommendation to the gentlemen and women of AAA Wayne.

I have taken my car in twice for two different issues. Spent over $1400 & neither issue is fixed. The one issue that cost over $500 is going to be another $900. The second issue is giving the same exact signals of not working as it did when they supposedly fixed the car. Does not seem that anyone can diagnose the car. Not going there again

Will never come back, I brought my car there to change the oil, they spend whole day to do it, after I picked up my car, I found smoke came out from the engine, they redo it, and tell me it was a mistake, I will not let them touch my car again.

Staff are awesome, spent 850 on a fuel pump that gave out after 9,000 miles.. not cool I would like my warranty now AAA..
