While NJ Department of Human Services is trying to attract more minority owned businesses as service providers, the Contracting Department of Horizon NJ Health ignores all efforts and more than that, they are doing their best to stay away from service providers not answering the phone, responding emails or just simply giving attitude. They don’t care about their minority clients who need the services and don’t want to attract more patients to use the Horizon NJ Health. That’s poor business practice.

Customer service is horrible. I worked on job nearly 40 years. I had to cut my due to my health status therefore losing my health coverage. Associates do not update information nor do they pay bills. I sent documentation proving I do not secondary insurance. I have been going through this since March 2015. .
