My husband and I were customers for a few years and have referred many friends and family who also became customers. The rates at the time were much lower than everyone else and the initial customer service was great. However, as the agency has grown, the customer service has declined and the rates have gone up. We were told we would have to switch plans cause our insurance company was no longer covering Utah drivers. We had the hardest time getting a hold of anyone in the office and no one would return our calls. When we would try to call to add/drop vehicle, sometimes we would not hear back from anyone in the office for days which is a problem when you need to change your policy before you can drive your vehicle. We decided to give the agency just one more chance when we purchased a new car. After we called the office several times and still no response after a 48 hour period, we canceled our policy. We are now with a new agency who has cheaper rates and better customer service. My simple advice to Insure Pro is to just answer the phone!

I switched to InsurePro laster year after a referral from my family. So far it has been a great experience. They helped shop around for the best auto and home insurance polices that included great coverage and at a lower price that what I was paying. I have followed tory from farmers to now his own business because he has done such a good job handling my insurance. Not only do I have home, car, and motorcycle insider through him but my brother, parents,and mother in law all have insurance from insure pro. I have gotten several rate estimates from other companies and they are always $50 to $80 more a month. When I tell theme how much I pay they never can even come close to his rates. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service and prices. I, like many others, thought going directly to the insurance company was cheaper and easier, but Scott saved me a BUNCH of money by switching me FROM Geico! Not only did they save me alot of money, but since I was getting a new house, they were able to get info to my lender in the day. Highly recommend.

Cheaper than going directly to the insurance companies. I thought I could get a better rate by "skipping the middle man" but I found out I was actually going to pay more if I purchased directly from the insurance company.
