I was recommended by a family member to use Vanguard Title Insurance Company. They did a great job for my family. There were a few items that were incorrect and they fixed them well before settlement. Now I am a Realtor®, I would not even think of recommending a title company other than Vanguard Title! These guys make me look good to my clients!

For starters the build faces Fort Union Blvd not Union Park Center. The signing part was ok but they did not have my check ready when they said they would. To add insult to injury they charge an additional Fee to wire the money into your account on top of the title fees
