Let me start by saying that I did not choose Colleen. My agent with State Farm left the industry and I was basically "assigned" to her as part of some company policy. This turned out to be the best thing that happened to me in the past year. Unfortunately, I was involved in a hit and run accident that destroyed the front end of my car, deployed the air bags etc... The adjuster inspected the car and determined that the car could be fixed, I disagreed. I contacted Colleen, not having ever met her, and told her my story. Not only did she help, but she made sure that the right people took a second look at my claim and backed me and my information all the way through the process. Not only did the outcome change, for the positive, State Farm as a whole treated me with respect, kindness and professionalism, from start to finish. I honestly believe that this would not have happened were it not for Colleen.

Colleen was awesome! I went by today for my first time to switch from my old agent to an agent that was closer to my home. She was completely professional and worked to get me as many discounts that could transfer as possible. With State Farm, though, that has been par for the course. What really set her apart was that she took time to get to know me, and she introduced me to as much of her staff as she could so that I would know who to talk to and who would be contacting me in the future. Definitely a good first impression, and I look forward to working with this agent.

All my experiences with this women have been nothing but bad. Was in an accident recently, She has not been forth coming with information I badly needed. I have no assistance from her, I had to make calls all over the place to get information, I get inaccurate advise from her, and have to chase her down to return my calls. I was in so much emotional stress. I may be insignificant to her but I am still a client! Im moving my policies elsewhere for sure. Hope she doesnt treat all her clients like this. This is NOT RIGHT!

I have been a State Farm customer for several years now and I feel that they always have my best interests in mind when it comes to my particular insurance needs. Colleen Kelley has been great at explaining many different options and policies that I can take advantage of and she has gone out of her way to ensure that me and my family are being taken care of and protected. I have only needed to use my insurance on one occasion and both she and State Farm quickly rose to the occasion to take care of the problem.
