I have been trying to cancel my insurance policy through Jensen Insurance for months now. Every time I call, the receptionist is extremely rude and talks to me like I am two years old. I very rarely have conflict with people working in customer service. I understand that it can be hard sometimes. But this lady is ridiculously patronizing and rude each time (4 times) I have had to deal with her. She should not be speaking to any human being the way that she does. I will never use Bear River Mutual or any other insurance company related to Jensen Insurance again.
