My wife and had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Ivins at the Murray location. The environment was clean , professional, and inviting. Michael had all the documents ready for us on very short notice. He explained every item in detail and treated us as we were family. Michael even went the extra mile and created a spreadsheet for us to use to help explain the transaction to other family members involved in our transaction. Meridian came as a recommendation from our banker, and they deserve their great reputation. In businesses there are many choices one has to choose from, people like Michael are what creates loyalty .

Meridian has an amazing ability working with home buyers which is the why most of Utahs big home builders use them as a title company.
