I was looking for an easy hassle free experience and I got just that! If you are looking for excellent customer service please go to to the Elk Grove office on Elk Grove Blvd. Kathryn, the manager, and Topher Hayes were both great. I was greeted immediately and was helped within 5 minutes of sitting down. I explained that I was ina rush due to my work schedule and they were very accomodating. Topher was patient and fast! great combo. Topher rocked! I saved alot of money $$, huge plus! Thank you Topher and Kathryn :) Diana

I really had a nice time with Mr.Topher Hayse right here in Elk grove California (CostULess). He eased my skeptics and gave me actually what I was quoted for My car insurance.. He also made me a delicious cup of whipped cream coffee to take the load off from a hard days work. Very happy and satisfied!! Good job Mr.Hayse and nice doing business with you and I hope anyone interested in a stand up service for car insurance or any insurance comes to check you out!!!

Topher Hayse is the best. I called cost u less insurance today and spoke with Mr.Hayse over the phone and got an amazing quote. I was able to purchase my insurance over the phone in less than 5 minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Over all cost u less and freeway insurance is the best place to get your insurance and Topher is the guy to talk to, and thans again Topher you are the best!

After getting the runaround on the phone last night with another Cost U Less location, I stopped by here after work today. Kathy was able to complete my simple request within minutes, painlessly. She was also a pleasure to deal with. I will be returning to her next time I need any insurance.
