I highly recommend Dunham & Jones law firm for all your criminal case needs! They are very personal, considerate of your circumstances, work with your budget, and most of all have a very experienced staff. Dunham & Jones stands by their goal to FIGHT for your case!! Upon taking my first case (they got this case DISMISSED) Mr. Dunham himself called me to explain the steps and made me feel at ease. I called upon Dunham & Jones to handle my second case, which they took to TRIAL, and I was SO impressed by the way Mr. Dan Garcia handled my case (and apparently the jury) I was found NOT GUILTY!! Mr. Dunham called me after the second trial to CONGRATULATE me. I would like to leave this review to thank all the staff at Dunham & Jones for giving me hope!!

It has only week but I am already fully confident that Paul is working hard to help me. I am currently fighting a DWI and POM. Paul was prompt to send someone to get me out of jail when I was arrested. I met with him and he himself sat down with me and discussed my case. I never felt judged, and he even shared my concerns. He was fully on board with defending me, and protecting me from having things on my background affect my future. I was given a price and he was even kind enough to drop the price and set up a payment plan. I even called to have my payments rescheduled and they were super understanding and courteous. The Dunham law firm has represented my family in 4 different court cases. I have been well pleased with their honest assessments and straight talking approach. In one particular case, I and another family member went shopping for an attorney. After visiting 3 other attorney offices, we went back to Dunham Law for representation. The other law offices we visited were generally elusive as to the fees and/or the end results. At Dunham Law, it was made clear as to what we were paying for, the desire results to target and the possible results if the target was not fully achieved. I will return to Dunham Law is by chance we need future representation in the criminal justice system.

I came to these guys with what I felt and was told by them would be an "easily won case". I started out with an attorney named Jeff Casey and was switched to David Langenfeld before my first court date and then was switched again to a Kiel Evans halfway through the resolve. They were very confident the case would be dropped entirely, but by the end of it Kiel was telling me I was very lucky to get the plea bargain he came back with. They charged me an arm and a leg and after it was all said and done with I found out Kiel was also working as a court appointed attorney at the time. I would not recommend them to anyone.

In my case, it has only been a few days since my accident and whatnot. These are truly wonderful people at this law firm! They have been very very PROMPT and even met with me on a Sunday! I have to say I feel that I am in great hands with them. I was even offered tickets on the 50 yard line for and LSU game! They made me feel comfortable and that my case does not seem hopeless. The fees are very reasonable and if you cannot make one lump sum, you can get on payments. Its wonderful all around and does not make you feel so hopeless when you total your car (baby)! These guys are AWFUL. They don't show up to court, give you the wrong court date! and are generally incompetent. I actually had a good deal worked out for myself until my lawyer DIDN'T SHOW up one day. Wound up getting convicted of something needlessly. These other reviews are all bs look how close together they were posted! Scroll back a few pages if you want the real story on these guys. FYI James Erickson is particularly bad if they try to stick you with him RUN. Guy has multiple bending bar complaints.
