If you’re looking for an agent, you found the right spot. Tired of the feeling of being alone in your insurance endeavors? We were, Insurance in my grandfathers day was an interpersonal relationship, he actually interacted with a real person that knew about him, his family and his needs as a customer. I thought those qualities were gone, out sourced to a place with a toll free number, and a phone menu that measured in double digits. In a search for a more personal, respectful, accommodating company I was lucky enough to find Kyle Graf of Bennett and Porter. Kyle brings the “personal” back into professional insurance services, Kyle’s knowledge of the insurance industry, and his ability to treat you like a valued, important family, rather than a policy number was welcomed, and appreciated. He works hard to make sure your insurance is in line with your needs. As for the transaction Kyle saved us money on both our auto and home policies as well as increased our coverage on both by a significant amount. When the old auto insurance company said I owed them a fee he took the reins and dare I say educated them not only in insurance workings, but customer service as well, getting the incorrect fee dropped. Thank you Mr. Graf!

Hands down one of the best Insurance company I have ever dealt with! My insurance agent Paula saved my husband and I a lot on our Condo and Car Insurance policy! Before I dreaded that time of year of shopping around Car insurance companies. All are so high and hate the constant bug of them calling getting me to switch with them. Paula was my agent that got me my Conda policy when we first bought our house and reached out to me on renew and also telling me great deals of adding our auto insurance as well. Amount I paid for one car is the amount I pay now with two vehicles going through Bennett & Porter! I now brag about the great deal I got and also how AMAZING Paula Brevig is! Because I work during the day she was sure to help me through email! I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle Graf from Bennett & Porter after being referred to him for my home insurance policy. I was getting ready to close on a home and Kyle was asked to get a policy in place in a crunch. He responded with a policy within an hour and had all the necessary documents needed so I could close on my home. As it turns out, I ended up closing on the home while he was on vacation. He made sure he was available to activate the policy, even while on vacation. If that is not outstanding service I dont know what is. He has been a pleasure to work with!!!

Kyle Graf, Bennett & Porter. Hands down the best home insurance agent experience! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and super responsive. My husband and I had been with American Family for years. When I do have a claim they basically take care of everything for me and assure I am satisfied with the outcome. They service my account immediately.
