Shopping for new insurance can be a frustrating, intimidating, and costly affair. There are so many options in the country today and it can be hard to distinguish one agent or company from the one right down the street. Everyone’s rates can be close, agents make the same promises, and the coverage options are similar. So how does one pick one from the other? I found myself in this unenviable position early in 2013 when I purchased a new vehicle. After owning an older car in which I only had a liability only policy I felt like I needed to choose an agent who I could trust with protecting my brand new investment. Trust was unquestionably the difference maker and in Chelsea Cabanillas I found an agent I could undoubtedly have the utmost confidence in. Chelsea stood out because she explained my policy in detail while at the same time not using confusing jargon. She took the time to explain different options and how she would help protect my investment as well as myself. Chelsea is incredibly professional and sincere, over the course of the last four years her customer service has been unparalleled. She answers every question I have with efficiency and care and the trust factor remains high. Over the course of our business relationship I have added a life insurance policy with Chelsea as well as renters insurance. There is no price you can put on the peace of mind she has given me. She truly is a dream protector.
