Horrible people. My wife was hit by someone with this insurance, when we first spoke with them about the car we told them that the alignment was off, they ignored this in their first estimate in repairs. The claims adjuster was never polite over the phone, and was never available when we called, and no other adjuster was "allowed to tell us anything". They decided to total the car after a final price of repair was given. When they called to talk with us about the car they confused my wife and WAY undervalued our car. While talking with one of their representatives myself to understand he told me that I had to take the title to the MVD to get it transferred into a salvage and would then be responsible to get it to a salvage auction. While these tasks are nothing compared to the 12 Labours of Hercules the question is when? I work full time and two part time jobs, and we have two kids, one in kinder the other preschool, screw taking him to the MVD. While talking with the person who told me the process I started to argue that we would not be doing these things, he tried telling me that it was state law, when I called him on the lie he changed his statement to it was company policy. When I told him that the company policy was wrong he told me it was not his problem.

It does not serve this insurance, they only steal money and does not cover anything the policy, better pay more than pay something that does not serve as this insurance. I do not recommend and it is better to think twice before grabbing this insurance, be very careful that there are many agents who earn commission for selling this type of insurance and as they do not have good service, they want to sell it promising that it is very good, just for selling , BE CAREFUL THE CHEAP GOES DEAR

This is a horrible horrible insurance company! I have been with them for a little over a year now and I just filed my first claim over hail storm damage on my new vehicle I just purchased and now it is under special investigation and when I ask why no one will tell me. I have been dealing with this and no one ever calls me to keep me updated on whats happening, I always have to call in to get updates and when I do I get extremely rude people and even worse supervisors. Also, when I do speak with someone they all give me different dates and answers to everything! Save yourself the money and time and go with an insurance company that has their stuff together and actually cares about their paying customers. I will not be renewing with this company and reporting to the BBB.

It is a very bad company to insure the car, we had an accident and stayed to help the car that hit us had legacy, and we had to grab attorney because only davan pretexts and did not help anything happened almost a month to do something, are Cheap but do not help if you have an accident only give problems I do not recommend this company at all

I didn’t ask to get hit by the person who they have insured through them. I’ve asked their Policy & how it works. No answer. I waited a month for an adjuster to look at my car, and I got a phone call asking for text message/pictures of the car instead of him coming out to look at it in person. I don’t see how that’s morally right? But anywho I spoke to Edgar a supervisor who cut me off in the conversation to just get me upset and for him to hang up on me. Now I understand why their insurance is so cheap and why they will cover anyone. I also did turn them in to Colorado insurance bureau.. a investigation will be done. Hopefully they do get shut down! So people please complain and tell them your story! I highly advise it!!

Terrible experience. I am out of hundreds of dollars and had to risk legal penalties because of their failure to honor the auto-payment I signed up for. Rather than speaking with them, I had to speak with their brokers through Superior Agencies, who were equally terrible business partners. Not only did their costumer service that not answer my questions nor follow through with their call-backs on unanswered questions, but they essentially stole the down payment ($221) I made and threatened my civil well-being when they forced me to be without auto insurance.

Had insurance then all of a sudden my premium went up by $50 for a move of less than 5 miles. This was fine but not something I was willing to pay. I switched to Geico but before doing so I went to an office (Oasis Insurance) to have policy cancelled the lady informed me to let it cancel for non-payment which I did. They sent a final bill that I immediately paid and some genius reinstated the policy. Took about 3 weeks to get the issue resolved then they still sent me another bill for $109. Spoke to Carolyn today and issue was finally (hopefully) resolved.

Paying full coverage and the woman that signed us up with legacy did not mention that this company does not offer rental cars or money for a rental incase of an accident. My car was towed and the tow company wants to charge me for the days the car has been there if no one from the insurance company goes for it. I called today and still no case number and can still take about 4 days more or so to get a claim number then for someone to look and get my car. I have to gather the money to get my car out before it accumulates any longer

I would give zero stars if it would let me. A Legacy client ran a RED light and damaged my truck. After two weeks of waiting I called my insurance Co. And they fixed my truck and now they will have to deal with Legacy, and on a side note the driver received a summons for running the red light and two people gave statements that he ran it and Legacy is still not responding. In my experience Lagacy is one of the worst...Good Luck if you have to deal with them

This is by far the worst insurance company there could ever be!!! they only want your money! i came thru an accident the other day, today they call me saying they wernt going to respond for the other persons damage wich was minimum and how they had already canceled my policy!! not eaven a chance to discuss the problem or why they had canceled my policy! i STRONGLY, STRONGLY encourage people to NOT hire there services what so ever!!

Horrible insurance company, horrible customer service. Do all they can to pay as little money as they can. The money they paid me on my claim was not enough to even cover half of the actual repair cost! Reps argue on the phone, act rude and interrupt you. Will not recommend the company to anyone! Not even to my enemy would I wish the ordeal this company made me go through with my claim!

Deserves 0 stars. I was hit by one of their insured and was told an adjuster would call me within 2 buisness days.2 WEEKS later someone finally called me back to say my claim was denied even though I had never spoken to the adjuster. They based the denial off of their insured statement. He hit ME!!!! Then, they hung up on me when I disagreed. Horrible company!!!

Hail damge down in Denver Co. My car was 78% damaged 2% below total assesor didnt bother to re asses my car at the body shop he decided to go back home and not look at it not even 5 days with that car and want to give me bull money not even for whats worth. Horrible insurance doesnt bother to give you options or try in saving. HATEEEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not do any business with this insurance!! They owe me for a payment they took out of my bank account AFTER I cancelled my insurance with them! Awful company. Under NO circumstances should you insure through them. it takes multiple calls to get to the right person, and then they tell you it will be a week before the claims adjuster will contact you. In the meantime, your car can be sitting in the middle of a freeway and they will do nothing about it. AWFUL.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! My claim was made in June. It is now November! I still do not know what is going on. They ask for one thing and when you give it to them they ask for another. This has gone on WAY too long! I wish they would just give me the damn car back and Iill fiv it myself!

this is the shittest insurance company I ever had. I was in an accident and I was not at fault the other guy had no coverage so I had to pay out of pocket for basically everything. I payed my own rentql my own damages and they still jacked my monthly payment up. I dropped them quickly.

Horrible customer service. I missed my grace period by 1 day after being a loyal customer for years and they refused to renew my policy. No empathy or care. Called geico and they were more then happy to have a new customer. I will never recommend this insurance company again.
