When we initially moved our relationship to the Maxwell agency our primary motivation was to lower our policy rate. Then, a major hailstorm hit and for the second year in a row we had to replace our roof, gutters, fence and repair damages to our vehicles. We thought there was no way Allstate would cover the cost of all our repairs but to our surprise, they did and exceeded our expectations. The Maxwell Agency stayed in constant communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very impressed and grateful to not only have affordable insurance but also insurance that actually covered all of our repairs without red tape. We are now very loyal customers instead of rate shoppers!

I have been with bert maxwell insurace for 20 years !!!!!staff is nice and proffesional. I would definitely recommend. There is one little problem i have dough i wish there would be a little bit of more discounts for their long time customers lol!!but over all im still there so that means im happy thanks bert!!!
