I have been a client with Phil Berry and Betty at American Family insurance since 2007. Phil and Betty have gone way above the normal expectations in providing me the best customer service and support concerning my home and auto insurance policies! They are friendly, and follow up quickly. Plus, Phil and Betty always find a way to save me $ and make any necessary adjustments to my insurance policy wherever and whenever possible.
