This place has provided the best banking experience. friendly, great service, I have been with them 10 years now moving from BOFA. I just do not have the same banking problem. at BOFA if I write a check for a few dollars over what I have in the bank and they take $35 dollars from me and return the check, if this once caused a snow ball effect. BOFA also processed my account from highest lowest withdraws then low to high deposits. I have never once had that problem with Velocity Credit Union. they have loaned me money every time I have asked and never have they totally played games with me or my account.

Absolute nightmare. Poor customer service and completely disconnected from one branch to the next. From a random family member being able to access my account as one of their own (they were never associated with my account) to taking 3 months for them to get my vehicle refi straightened out, this place has been awful.

I have been with velocity for 8 years and there customer service has declined over that time. I also have a business account with them and really I would say that they are not able to service simple needs. I am sadly looking for a new credit union.

My experiences with Velocity Credit Union go back to the mid nineties. I got my mortgage from them and have never seen any issues at either the central location or the Round Rock Location. A great bank and firmly on their customers side.
