My partner and I set up a joint account here a couple weekends ago. They were busy, we wrote our name down on the list, and waited. Multiple clerks came by to check in with us and the other people waiting and individually thanked people for their patience and told us to help ourselves to water and coffee they had out. We met with Sandy who was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with. She even hand wrote a letter to us thank us for coming in and opening an account. That was a very nice gesture and we are very happy with our decision to bank with Sandy and Amplify. Thank you Sandy!

Amplify Federal Credit Union is wonderful in general, this location hold up to the standards I hold all other Amplify locations. The tellers are polite, professional, and friendly. They work fast, and as a customer I always have been their top priority. The biggest downside to this location was that there is no indication of where to park. The location is set right along congress, which rarely has parking. Though when I asked the teller, she said they Validate Parking at the Littlefield Parking Garage. This garage is located at 508 Brazos St, Austin, TX 78701. I hope my review has made your trip easier.

Good location for me, as I have been with Amplify for 5 years now and have lived in South Austin for most of that time. This location is far more convenient than the North Austin locations and has the same helpful service and staff as the main branch and the Pond Springs branch.

I was 3 cents short on a car payment (a mistake when I entered it in, granted) but they turned me in the the credit agencies for a 30 day late mark.. over 3 cents!! Not a single phone call, email, nothing.. careful when dealing with them.

Service is OK, Phone support is good. Web site seems to have been designed by someone who is not a native speaker of the English language or a tech nerd who has been in a cave for several decades.

Kind of upset they are getting rid of their Saturday hours at the downtown branch. And the phone app is really dysfunctional. Other than that, pretty great service!
