Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.

Tellers are friendly and helpful. We have an out-of-state c.u. and they are so convenient when we need to deposit or withdraw. Apparently, A+ C.U. no longer offers this service to members of other credit unions.
