Worst bank ever. I try constantly contacting them about my horrible rates with car insurance and mainly my interest rate which is astronomical which they seem to always ignore. I feel as thought I am on a blacklist. Of course, not when 1 day late or 1penny missing from their monthly bills that continue to eat away at my funds. I used to do all my banking with them and were curteous and helpful and friendly. Not anymore. Better going with the convience of Chase or wells fargo, or even better, a true credit union. Instead of a wolf in sheeps clothing like UFCU has become last few years. Too much success = customers lose. Too bad.

I was goggling bank accounts for my teenage son and the teen account that you have was the best looking. When i took my son into your branch, the customer service that we received as soon as we entered was awesome. The employee made my son feel very special since he was a little nervous about getting an account. The employee answered all his questions. I recommend this bank to anyone looking for a starter acct for their teenagers.

UFCU is a great bank! Never had a problem with our bank, and their support team is always very pleasant to speak with. They have many locations available, as well as pulse machines when needed. What I like most about UFCU is that they are community. Will continue to bank with them as long as they stay community minded. Thank you UFCU!
