Horrible experience, twice in a year I moved money out of an account to stop payment from a company who possibly was going to hit my account. Each time US Bank paid against my wishes and hit me of fees of $134.00 and more. The charges were coming from Ebay on one occurrence and Amazon on another both companies with no phone numbers only computers. Both companies refunded the money but US Bank held to their fees. I have asked and begged them to decline a charge if there is no money in the account and each time I am told “no”. The bank both times refunded the money once I contacted the district manager. The little Asian woman and woman manager who defends her employee are both rude to me. Think a decline cost nothing. For the bank to pay $10.00 cost over $100.00 in fees along with 8 hours of hassling with an idiot.

Worst customer service! The manager is unprofessional. When I first walked into the office, he did not greet at all. Most of the time he is facing his computer and didnt explain what is he doing. He said he will get the stuff done by this week but it took him a month. He gave me his business card but he never pick up his phone! I have to make a few trips to his office to tell him to finish his job. He never solve the problem until I compliant about this issue to another employee.

Slowest drive thru ever. Often takes 10 minutes or more. Most of the staff is friendly, but account managers acts like you are wasting their time if they have to do anything for you

I rolled up at 4:57, had a weird hold on my account that I had to call about, and yet, I still was able to make my withdrawal. The gals at the counter were really sweet.
