Excelent customer service! Staff there always answers my questions in a very efficient way. I have been to the office a couple of times to make changes on my insurance needs and the agent Juan Cazares has come out of his office to make sure everything is being handled properly. All I have to say is that, Yes price for insurance have gone up in the past year, but I know that anywhere else I go, I will not be getting the same customer service.

Been with statefarm for almost 7 years i had never experienced the worst costumer service till now i called in one day to see why my insurance policy had gone up and they could never give me a straight up answer well i have now cancelled my policy with them and went to all state instead. I just hope in the future they need to improve in there customer service and keep there customers happy.
