I used TT@TS first the first time this October for some gift and title work and they are true to their word. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes AND they got it right. I am sure that I would have spent at least two hours at the DMV only to be told that I did not have the correct paperwork. I found that everyone in the Columbia office was friendly, knowledgeable AND helpful. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door and I did not have to take a number, even though three people were ahead of me. I will never go to the DMV for any transaction because I would not get the same service that I can get at TT@TS. Thank you TT@TS for your help because I was dreading the thought of having to visit the DMV.

My husband went to get a replacement title for his old scion which he was trying to sell. He handed them the registration for the scion and he received a replacement title for his new volkswagen. They claimed he gave them the wrong registration which was impossible since the volkswagen registration was in my purse in a different state the whole time. When he called to clear up the discrepancy, they said nothing could be done and refused to refund him the money (keep in mind it costs 3x the amount to have them do it than go directly through the MVA). Now we have 2 titles for the Volkswagen and zero titles for the scion. Better off going to the MVA instead.

Great service and quite fast! Tried several other so called "Maryland MVA authorized service agents" with absolutely no luck even getting people to show up to the service site, but then I went to these guys with no issues. I think they are one of the only MVA service centers with a store front in Howard county, so no need to wait at the MVA or for some random guy saying he will meet you at this shop. Definitely recommend these guys. Also, nice people work there.

Tag, title, registration was done in 20 minutes for two cars. TOTALLY worth the $46 fee. Got there right when they opened, no wait. The clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you have all the necessary steps to save you time (for new cars into MD it is things like, insurance, current titles, get your inspection done FIRST!). Overall - seriously awesome. I recommend this place to ANYONE.

I recently bought a new car with a lien and really had no clue what I was doing. I went into tt&t with only half the paperwork done and I was still out in under 10 minutes. I would have surely spent hours at the DMV. I think the overall price was $40, definitely worth the ease of use, the friendly service and help with paperwork.

Terrys tag and title is 10 minutes from where I work, I clocked out and back in within 30 minutes with tags in hand. These guys are awesome, definitely knowledgeable and very friendly. Brian helped me with an impossible issue with my title work, got me straightened out!
