I have been working with Independence Title consistently since 2003 and have always had excellent results. Independence Title is my preferred Title Company in Florida and I have had more closings with them over the years than with any other title company and for good reason. I would give very high marks to Kevin and his team at Independence Title for consistently watching out for their customers and ensuring that they receive free and clear title, lien searches and permit searches which unfortunately is not always provided by other title companies. I would highly recommend Independence Title to any real estate investor, real estate agent, buyer, seller or mortgage broker looking for a good title company in Florida.

I have been using Independence Title for about 5 years now. They are the most investor friendly title company I know. The reason for that is they have the experience and knowledge to get any deal I have closed. I had a deal last year that almost fell through because my buyer was not able to secure hard money to close. Victor Para not only got a hard money lender to fund the deal, he got the deal closed that same afternoon!! Victor, Mark, Kevin and the rest of the staff are some of the most professional and proficient individuals I have ever dealt with. Independence Title is the ONLY title company I dont have to worry if the closing is on track. They are the best!!
