One star is too flattering. This is the worst title company ever. We closed in late October with the taxes being paid out of escrow. The property we bought was in a resident owned community. The share was also part of the escrow. The taxes were not paid and the share was never transferred. I had to harass the company to get the share completed and they paid the extra taxes saying the file was misplaced. It is now four months later and are still waiting on the titles. Find another title company!
