I have been a licensed broker for over 10 years. During these years, our brokerage firm and I personally have worked with Westside Escrow on numerous transactions, including one that closed today. Jumana Issa and all the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and frankly the most competent and consistent in delivering in a timely fashion even on the most difficult to handle transactions with utter professionalism and neutrality. Consequently, I am puzzled by the comments in the review posted by Jenna1874 on March 11, 2012. Clearly, this alleged review writer has most likely never done business with Westside Escrow as it is evident from the lack of substance and specifics in her complaint and my suspicion is that the entire negative review is a fully fabricated one possibly submitted by Westside Escrow’s less competent and malicious competitors who are envious of Westside Escrow’s success and superb client relationships. Consequently and to that effect, I encourage the reader of the review by Jenna1874 to ignore those malicious, mal-intended, unfounded, untrue and defamatory claims. In the remote probability that the fictional accusations of Jenna1874 have even a grain of truth in them, I challenge Jenna1874 to contact Westside Escrow directly. I am convinced that if her comments are genuine, Jumana Issa of Westside Escrow will address them to her satisfaction, though I highly doubt that review writer Jenna1874 will ever do that.
