My husband and I worked with All American Title for the closing on the sale of our home and the closing for the purchase of our new home. Both were handled efficiently and took no time at all. The people that we had the pleasure to work with at both offices were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We also appreciated that during such a stressful time, the staff made the whole process prior to our closing and during our closing a breeze! From the time I entered the office to the time I left, Dena was very professional and kind. I felt like I had known Dena my entire life. I was a little concerned when I first arrived not knowing where I was going. Dena came out of the conference room and asked me if I was who I was, and brought me back to the conference room and had me start with paperwork. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend Dena to anyone for their closing.

Solid Rock Construction

Just closed yesterday! They worked hard to make this happen and made it very easy on us! All American took care of contacting the other (out of town) owner, getting all the necessary paperwork, signatures,etc. I was so happy with the speed of the closing as well. They had everything ready including the check for us to walk out with that day!

All the documents were in order, we got through them quickly and painlessly, everything that we did not totally understand (we moved from Colorado to Minnesota) was explained to us. Our closing went nice and simple. The bank took a bit longer on final paperwork due to some last minute details...as such my wife was laid up for surgery. AAT was willing to hold the closing in my home, as my wife was 2 days out of knee reconstruction surgery...and as such home bound.
