i am not pleased with them i have called and spoken to someone at the front desk and they gave me my account number and in this process i have learned that when i called the person was not to release the information over the phone. they have done this twice, a mr Aaron Keys says that he is the credit union president and that he does not have an immediate supervisor and can forward a letter to the board of directors for me i do not trust this either not happy at all

I would NEVER refer anyone to Sherwin Williams CU thanks to John a member services rep. I paid & closed my account out in 2010 in their Harvey, IL office but that office is closed for business now & I see why!!! Credit Union 1 is much better...THANKS BUT NO THANKS for SWCU

I have been with SWCU for over 20 years. When my 3 kids were in high school i opened savings accounts for them. I have recently opened accounts for my 3 grandchildren. I have been extremely happy with SWCU. I do 99% of my banking online.
