I would have to say first and foremost before even contacting this company I was very hesitant due to the fact I was in denial that I owed a lot of credit card debt, Also about hearing that programs like this ruin your credit. After taking the time and working with Kristen she made me feel very comfortable and provided me with all the information I was nervous about at first. I have been with the company for over four months now and I am already seeing great results. I also want to state that their customer service department has been a great help in regards to contacting me if there has been any issues with my account. I just want to say thank you again consumers alliance.

am on 4th or 5th contract and have spoken to numerous reps in past couple wks. i spoke to two different reps today and was promised a revised or at least correct contract would be e-mailed and snail-mail and some documentation confirming all the different reps have promised. i have nothing not even an email. i will wait and see what tomorrow brings brings but do have the feeling that this is one contract i do not want to sign. will update post; see what happens tomorrow.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS DEBT COMPANY! Since I started with them it has been nothing but problems , I pay everything on time and they do not get any payments to the creditors on time at all and the customer service agents are ridiculously rude ....do yourself a favor and look else where just being dead honest

I will say that they are awesome. They helped me everyway possible. Because of their help on my credit cards and getting them paid off, I now have a house in my name. That lady ( Lorena Renteria ) was very friendly and very professional. She should get 5 stars also!!
