I have to use Bank of America monthly to pay my tent. This is the most ineffective bank I have ever seen! 17 people in line, one teller, one person in the office and one up front like a Walmart greeter. The office person and the upfront person were gossiping while the one teller was trying to get through the line. 28 mins to deposit cash. Very poor use of human resources. Very poor and ineffective management.

This bank is not too big to fail, it is too big to function!! The staff cannot accomplish event the simplest task without screwing it up. Training is horrible and the staff are not empowered to do anything. Any request you make requires a referral to someone in San Francisco or New York. Just trying to close an account and get out of here is a nightmare!

I have never waited so long to get up to the drive through window at a bank. Never go to this bank around lunch time or closing time. It took 40 minutes to get through 3 cars in front of me. I would have gone inside, but had all my kids with me. The tellers are friendly though.

Worst bank in history. ..very rude and slow they pick n choose what days the drive thru is open...and when they are open they have one teller for the whole store ....the manager has no clue how to run this place

slow service. only 1 clerk. no drive in service. And they wanted a $8 fee to cash one of their own payroll checks. It is no wonder that Bank of America once went bankrupt
