Since these guys took over Norbel my experience with them has been worse and worse each month. Their short business hours and complete lack of phone or internet support makes them nearly impossible to do business with. Every month they have problems with my electronic payments and because I cannot get a hold of them by phone, I need to take time off of work to go in and see them in person - extremely inconvenient! Their website looks like it has potential but I have never been able to log in and even though they have "fixed" the problem over and over, I am still unable to log in to see my accounts. There are many better choices for banking in town. Would NOT recommend these guys for anything.

Pretty terrible auto loan experience, will not be using them in the future. They require documentation showing that you have the correct auto insurance every time it expires, which is perfectly acceptable and fine. Where they fail is by forcing you to upload the document to a third party website which is specifically meant to look like a fake web site. If you fail to upload the documentation to the "fake" web site they can charge you thousands of extra dollars on your loan. Shady way to conduct business.

I have never been involved with a financial institution that cares for their customers like SSFCU does. A special thank you to Cassandra at the Fort Collins branch. Her help with our auto loans as saved us thousands $$$. I tell everyone that this is the only place you should go for your banking and auto loan needs. As far as my checking and saving transactions I have always had the same exceptional service from each and every SSFCU employee. Thank you for making our lives easier!

I could not be more happy with SSFCU. I ran into a issue and was impressed by how they handled the solution. Nikki the branch manager and Lauren the asst. manager dropped what they were doing and immediately got on it. They communicated with me every day to let me know the status of the resolution. Not only did they get the problem fix, they were gracious and professional as well. Its obvious they care about their members. Well done guys, well done.

We love this bank. We moved all our accounts here the first of the year from Wells Fargo after 20 years. This bank is far better at customer service and getting things done than Wells ever was. They have improved their website and phone app to provide fast and easy access to your accounts. Convenient and easy bill pay set-up and mobile deposit options so you can do a lot of your account and money management electronically.

Rip off their customers by waiting upto a week before posting payments made on loans with high interest rates. If the money comes out of my account it should be applied same day. Everyone agree?

Worst customer service from a bank! They fee you for cashing a check, fee you if you close an account. So glad I never opened an account here!

Just paid my first payment on a car loan. They used Western Union to process the payment and then charged me the fee for using Western Union.
