If you are not popular on Instagram they will not put in hard work on your case. There will so much back and forth of lies going on it was ridiculous. There was no updates on my case unless I called to see what was going on than they would follow up. The popular folks on social media get extra special attention just so they can post it. Try to be professional but not professional at all.
