WHO IS HIRING THIS COMPANY? Are you honorable? This company isn’t and THEY represent you. I feel like I NEED to shout from the mountain tops, jump up and down waving a big red flag! BUT what can I say? There are 22 previous reviews using all kinds of adjectives and verbs and... Yet no one seems to be listening. Maybe we need to shine a brighter light on the source, the fuel that keeps this company going. How about we look at WHO is employing this company?? They are the ones who can really make a difference and I just have to believe if they truly understood who they’ve representing them they’d be horrified. Hmmm just who is it that hires this company?? This company boasts: Medical field, hospitals, doctors, labs, dentists, clinics. Now what kinds of people go to hospitals, visit doctors, need labs? Sick people, injured, weakened people. SHAME on YOU; (insert the name of every clinic, doctor, hospital and so on, here) for employing this company and any like it. To hire this caliber of company is counterproductive—to destroy a person’s confidence, to lie and scheme and bill extra fees that have no purpose but to take even more from those who obviously DON’T have enough already. To put a person’s job in jeopardy is maniacal. HOW can you justify it??? I know for a fact there are GOOD recovery business’ ones that truly want to work with and find a good and proper way assist people in paying you. Honorable companies you can feel good about employing. When you know better—DO BETTER. To continue using this company means you approve of their tactics which means YOU are like them. You are preying on the sick and weak and injured. I understand there ARE some who are flakes and don’t really care if you ever get paid—but for the most part people don’t get up in the morning and decide to get sick or injured JUST so they can burn you financially…….just sayin. **I tried twice to pay this company IN FULL and they refused my payment. It wasn’t my bill and they wouldn’t allow me to take care of it. IN FULL. Does that sound like this company is taking care of their clients? They do not care about you either.

BEWARE!!! IF YOU THINK YOU WANT TO WORK HERE I FEEL with the customer service I received from this company, YOU PROBABLY HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO SELL YOUR SOUL TO SATAN... I really believe that if this company were given the power to come and rob you of your clothes off your back in front of a public audience ... they would do it and then offer to sell your clothes in front of you. This company puts mobs to shame even the mob has a heart!!! CMS you should be ashamed of yourself, just remember do unto others as your would like to have done unto you. After finding out I had an outstanding bill from Great Plains Medical Group in North Platte Nebraska, (whom told me the insurance company had paid in full), and finding that the amount had not been paid the insurance company denied it after the fact. Sent me to CMS, I then called to make payment to this company in cash, check, money order, wire transfer, credit card this company WOULD not take payment... I really thought I would have to go to GRAND ISLAND and walk in to make this payment. This COMPANY is a company of BULLIES.... I should sue them for the duress... I tried to pay you and you still garnished my wages, kept that money, plus the money my husband paid to the court house since CMS would not take our money!!! WE PAID overpaid this company through their shenanigans... and you think they will give it back? NO.. they kept all of it... THEY ARE BULLIES, CROOKS, and LIARS!! (WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU MAKE ALL PAYMENTS THROUGH THE COURT HOUSE THEN THEY CANNOT DENY YOU PAID THEM AND/OR UNDER PAID THEM) they do not want you paying the courthouse and will tell you you cant, but do it or they will continue to harrass and cheat you!!! THIS COMPANY IS A TRUE ORGANIZED CRIME COMPANY! KUDOS to you CMS!

I was laid off my Government Contractor job. My wife then had dental work done in which the insurance only paid half because of the lay off. Eventually Credit management got my account. They are taking me to court and never even bothered to contact me. They raised the debt about 300.00 more. They are taking advantage of my situation turning it into a money maker for them. They are taking advantage of people that have been laid of because of Government cutbacks. I plan to countersue. And if unsuccessful, the press will get my story. Someone needs to take these scumbags down.

Tried to set up payments with them and they took my bank info and leveed my bank account. I asked to set up payments to pay in full in one month and they sent it to court and added $100 in fees. I reported them to a consumer protection lawyer I recommend everyone do the same. They are predatory collectors who divide one account into 5 so they can collect more court and lawyer fees. Every time i tried to make arrangements they said the account will remain in collections until paid in full...ASSHOLES.

This place is the worst to work with ever. Our son had a hospital bill sent to them while we were in the process of making payments. They never called us and never sent us any paperwork; just filed a lawsuit against us to appear in court so they could add an extra $400 to $600 in lawyer fees against us to try and make them some more money. Luckily, we were able to defer some other bills and pay them off at one time to avoid having to go to court.

Super friendly! She was really quick and answered all of my questions. I only gave 4 stars because our case went to lawyers within 60 days of getting my case. I did have to pay court fees, but not too much. She gave me confirmation numbers and said I will get a mailing within 30 days.

Have been paying the company for a medical bill that was owed and they submitted a lawsuit supposively to collect the last $100. I hope they all burn in hell and catch ebola. They are worthless people. I hope they all get cancer and die miserably. They deserve nothing else.

These people continue to charge you for bills you have already paid!! They tell you one thing and then turn around and claim it was never said. Absolutely unacceptable!! They have quite a racket for screwing people out of their money!!!

I had been working with Claire to pay off my debts and it was going great! Every time I have talked with her everything went well. Never talk to Shiela she is terribly rude. Just ask for Claire. Much nicer.
