Been banking at this credit union way before it was Zeal. Since Zeal has taken over I can’t get into my online account half the time. They leave a number to call for after hours. I called and they answer with a answering machine. At this point I don’t know if my account has been hacked or Zeal’s bad online banking software. Never had so many problems with online banking as I have here. Before Zeal, they would tell you when they were going to be down for updates. Now, you have no idea what’s going on. I’ve tried to get ahold of someone and can’t. So I guess I just sit here worried all weekend and on Monday will find out if I even have any money or an account. The Westland Branch use to be open on Saturdays. Not anymore.

I love Zeal Credit Union. I have been with this Credit Union since it was Co op. I started my account when I was 16 years old now I am 44. still love my credit union even though the name has changed. No problems for me

Who is in charge of the website? That thing is down every week at some point. The branches are nice. But when its a friday at 9am and you wanna check the account. Cant. Need to fix the online issues..

Bank closes to early. Atm only lets you do 1 transaction and then you have to start over each time. Cant deposit a check then take money out.
