This is a really useless bank. They only have 1 person in all of the branches combined who is responsible for doing a really huge part of the lending that any bank does. Employees ignore you and do not return your calls, they are always "at lunch" even if you try to contact them every hour, and they are just plain liars when they talk about what they are going to do to help you, this one person just shoves your paperwork at the bottom of her stack and hopes that its the end of that. not worth wasting your time here.

I got approved for an auto loan so quick than any other places I applied before, and Gina was so hopeful ,she explained every detail with me about the loan. All the employees seemed very nice and appeared that they liked to work there, I wish I knew about this places 4 years ago when I got my first auto loan......... thank you Jordan credit union for the approval of my new ride and the low monthly payments... I will definitely come back for another loan.

I have been using JCU as my financial institute for more than 5 years now, and I will never leave them. They are extremely helpful, and friendly. They have never given me anything but excellent service. I have my normal banking (savings and checking) as well as a car loan with them. I plan to do more serious investing in the short future with their team as well.
