This insurance agency cold called me today and acted like they were the agency we deal with on a common basis for our insurance needs. When I told the representative on the phone I deal only with my friend when it comes to purchasing insurance through his agency and that he (the representative from this agency) was lying he abruptly hung up on me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone as the tactics they tried to employ on me are not appropriate nor appreciated.
