I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Charleen Lewis, who is my POC for our Southiside Church of Christ account. I have never spoken to her with a question, service call, or request for information and not come away with complete satisfaction. She is very professional and personable, and always makes me feel like our business is very important to her. I’m sure that she has a lot of other larger accounts, but she treats me like ours is the only one that matter, and that is something that is rarely found these days. I have been involved with all lines of insurance for over 30 years, and I know how important it is to be client-centered. Charleen is totally service oriented, and we appreciate all that she has done for us. Each year, we get tons of offers to shop our policies, even from some church members. We will not even consider it, and that is mainly due to our relationship with Charleen. I bet everyone feels they pay too much for insurance, I am with you, however, when you get the type of service that you get from Morse Insurance Agency, it makes paying that premium a bit easier. My wife and I have 4 cars on our policy since we have two young drivers. Dawn Honadle and I exchanged dozens of emails over a two week period as I was car shopping for our kids to add two cars to our policy. Obviously with price and safety being main concerns, I was able to get general quotes from Dawn prior to making a purchase decision. Dawn is an amazing agent.

My first experience with Dawn was when our automobile insurance provider increased our premium by an exorbitant amount.
