Utah Credit Approval is Amazing!!!!!! I am nothing but thankful and extremely grateful for the opportunity they have done for me. They are so amazing they had hand delivered the vehicle of my choice to my work! :) To be honest I would recommend them to anyone!! I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were willing to work with my credit because my credit was not the greatest. I got pushed around by another car dealership and received nothing but "we cant do anything for you" but when I called Utah Credit Approval they were not only able to help me out but put me in a car the same day! So Thank you Ed and Melissa! :)

This place is a JOKE and a RIPOFF!! I saw a listing for $17,900 and they got it for $17.100 and turned around and sold it to me for $21,924. When they told me the $21,924 was with interest out the door and I gave $2000 down. I called the bank today and I am being financed $20,500 and interest will be taken out of that monthly.. COMPLETE RIP OFFS DO NOT BUY USE THEM... and I was supposed to get $500 toward my purchase and the manager says as soon as the bank clears it in 48 hrs. Guess what they reached out to me after the 48hrs and told me to call the bank. COMPLETE JOKE IM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

So I came in last night (sept 22) expecting to get into a vehicle because I recently filed bankruptcy and we did paperwork and they told me to come back the next day so I did and they told me I would end up needing a down payment (when they have 0 down bankruptcy programs) and basically kicked me out by telling me to come back when I have a down payment. They don’t deserve to be gephardt approved THEY LIED to me and I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!! NEGATIVE 5 stars

They are amazing. They helped me and my husband get into a car fast and easy. We told them the car we wanted and we are now in it. They work with people doing bankruptcy. They are nice and sweet and make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place. And I honeslty love my car. The owners Ed and Melissa were there for us 100% off the way and helped us decide not them decide what was going to put the most money in their pocket.
