Worst customer service from Michael Baird in this branch. Michael Baird lied to me. I went in with my motorcycle gear on and he threatened to have me arrested for wearing my gear. When I did remove my gear, I asked Michael Baird for the paperwork that states that I cannot wear motorcycle gear. He did not come back and instead sent a woman back that cited something that was not even close to what was true. They told me to Google the source. After I got home and read through the document I decided to call Michael Baird. I got Michael Baird on the phone and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. After he finally got on the phone he stated that he was a cowered for not coming back after I called him out on it and stated that one of the tellers felt intimidated by my size. So this coward said a woman was scared of me and he sent another woman to talk to me. So I was profiled and lied to. I will be closing my account. I think that a man that cannot come back to me and give me the source and was very rude to me should not be employed. I will close my bank account with Mountain America Credit Union due to the actions of - lying and rude customer service of Michael Baird. Michael Baird is a man that should not be employed by anyone. He should not be trusted by any banking office anywhere an I repeat that nobody should employ Michael Baird as he is a cowardly liar.

Lisa de Leon, the Draper branch Manager, went above and beyond to advocate for me and solve an ACH direct deposit error. A large amount was deposited into the wrong account and then the mislaid funds were illegally used by the other account holder. Lisa did her part to help the funds reach the rightful owner. I also got a car loan and they were able to work with me to fit what I needed. I highly recommend this branch!
