We had our mortgage done 2 years ago with Bank of America we did not have any type of escrow, now that Bank of America has switch to BACc Mortages they have included escrow in our account now, which we did not approve, received a letter from Bank of america stating that our taxes were delinguent which they were not, because we contacted the County tax office and was told we have til March 31, 2010 to pay them and was told if Bank of America would do there part of what they were told a cert. letter requesting the money to be sent back to them so the property owner can go ahead and pay there taxes, and on top of this try to charge us 5000 more in interest, I have tried contacting them several times there phone is busy from 9 in the morning til 1;00 in the afternoon have left several message to be called back and have not return calls being made, we have been lied too, our next step will be to contact a lawyer and channel 2 news to let people know what Bank of America is doing not helping people they are hurting people.

I dislike this bank. I went in to start a small savings account and the reason wh I was using s national bank is because I am going to college in Florida but I live in Maine. I wanted to be able to access the fund in either location. So a savings account has a minimum balance. Thats great. A SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

If i could not give any stars i would this bank is horrible with customer service ill come to cash a check im here for 1/2hour + the lines and waiting is horrible. Get with it. The emplyees are sassy and talk back when asked about idle tellers. Id drive a few more miles instead next time. Horrible.

I hate coming toany Bank of America. You always have to wait in a long ass line. There is never more than 2 tellers working at the same time. After 4 on Friday management get lose. Smh!!!!!!! What kind of Customer Service is this. ...

No drive thru. So line waits longer than other branches. Two tellers at busy lunch break time. They are probably on lunch break too. But they can make better service. Tellers are friendly.

This is an average banking branch. Helpful staff and very clean surfaces throughout the facility. Plenty of parking around the building as well. I feel secure in this location.
