I have banked with this credit union for many years. Horrible customer service when it comes to charges that you did not make. Management made me feel like they thought I was lying. I have let them use thousands of dollars of my money and was turned down for a $2000 loan but had to open second savings account to even apply. I was never given my account number or any other info. Go elsewhere if you can.

If you like overdrafting because a company decided to withdrawal money from your account three times in a row with no refund even though you explicitly stated 3 times that you do not want the ability to overdraft, then this is the bank for you! Switching banks immediately. Three thumbs down
