I went into the branch today and as long as I have been coming there Yolanda ALWAYS takes very good care of me. She is very pleasent and is always informational and knowledable as her worth ethic and postion as a veteran teller who knows her job well. Yolanda is awesome. Please make sure she is always a face to see when coming into the dearborn branch.

Dearborn Chief Financial Credit Union is a first class banking institution. I have been a member for over 40 years. They are very sensitive to the needs of the members. They go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. The staff is excellent in my opinion. They take time with the seniors. And explain to you, if you have any questions.

Cheif Financial has great loan rates and Lilly Singh is an awesome loan officer. This is my second loan working with her. She answers all my questions promptly and closes on the loans very quickly. I would absolutely recommend working with Lilly to everyone!

The rates are OK and the tellers are friendly. However, there is open officers but I had to wait over 40 mins to be helped. Ridiculous... I bank with them for specific reasons but they are the SLOWEST.
