It has been awful experience the company charged me 700 dollars and advised me every month when I questioned progress that they were upgrading the secure site that actually allows you to monitor progress . After I finished making my payments that I was making monthly they just disappeared completely . They stopped returning my emails and Ms. Sonya who was working with me quit answering my calls . They never stayed in contact I would have to constantly ask after not hearing anything for weeks about updates on the repair progress. I wish I would have never dealt with such a unprofessional and awful company that just steals money .

Did not improve my credit score to a acceptable level per lending companies. Did not remove all inaccurate information and left a lot for me to clean up on my own. Provided little information when I was updated. Unclear payment policies. 3 month plan for $800.00- $900.00 is not worth the money and I could have put those funds towards my own credit.

Took great care of me. Unfortunately, dealing with creditors is a hassle, but they made it a bit easier. 5 star all the way. Thanks to the Nerd team. Oh, and to the others who left bad feedback. Really? All you had to do is follow their program. They are easily the most advanced company around.

Charge me 700 claim he will fix my credit honestly took item off my credit for 3 months and they reappeared emailed and call left messages never got response my credit still never got fixed. Beware
